Consideramos que mediante esta estrategia el estudiante de pregrado, el médico general, el estudiante de posgrado y todos los interesados en el área de la salud encontrarán una información detallada y actualizada sobre temible enfermedad, desde sus mecanismos moleculares hasta su dramática expresión clínica, pasando por un correcto manejo terapéutico y resaltando finalmente la importancia de su prevención inmunológica.Palabras Claves: Tétanos, Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas, Correlación Básico-Clínica.ABSTRACTIntegrating basic sciences with clinics and using pedagogic tools of the Based Learning Problem, we present a case of a patient with tetanus attended at the Universitary Hospital of Santander.
