Descripción: En el presente documento muestra los resultados del apoyo en el área de gestión de proyectos en la empresa de construcción, SITELSA S.A.S., ubicada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga con el fin de aportar en el desarrollo de proyectos de consultoría con alto contenido técnico y evitar los posibles retrocesos asociados al manejo de software o presentación de documentos. Las actividades ejecutadas como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en el proyecto de consultoría Plan Maestro de acueducto y alcantarillado del casco urbano del municipio de Málaga, Santander, donde se elaboró el informe técnico de caracterización de aguas y realizaron aportes a la empresa en el mejoramiento de la metodología para el desarrollo de documentos técnicos y formatos de inspección de estructuras de tipo canal, además se realizó la elaboración de planos y modelos de la red de alcantarillado existente en el municipio, empleando softwares de dibujo especializado y desarrollando una propuesta de manual de implementación y manejo del software civil 3D específicamente en la herramienta pipe Networks como material de apoyo para la capacitación, inducción y reinducción del persona. Por último, se desempeñaron labores administrativas contribuyendo con la clasificación y organización de la información traída de campo, además de la digitalización de archivos con el fin de facilitar el trabajo del equipo técnico y los especialistas de la empresa SITELSA S.A.S ___________________________ * Trabajo de grado ** Facultad de ingenierías Fisicomecánicas.
