description	En los proyectos de construcción en donde no se realiza una correcta ejecución se pueden presentar problemas de control eficiente de sus recursos, procesos y procedimientos, no previstos durante la ejecución del proyecto relacionados con la triple restricción de proyectos (alcance, tiempo, costo), y carencia en los indicadores de rendimiento y calidad. Sin embargo, el proceso de ejecución puede apoyarse de la aplicación de técnicas y herramientas de gestión que puedan generar luego control sobre el proyecto. En el presente artículo se exponen las labores realizadas en el transcurso de la práctica profesional en la empresa VIACOL INGENIEROS CONTRATISTAS S.A.S. En donde se realizó el apoyo técnico y administrativo de los proyectos de mantenimiento de Aeropuertos mediante la elaboración de memoria de cantidades de obra, realización de informes semanales y mensuales, y el apoyo a la realización de actas de cobro para mejorar administrativamente la gestión documental, así como el desarrollo de las actividades de seguimiento y el control de las obras.
