Juicios morales sobre justicia en estudiantes de la UIS

RESUMENEl presente estudio se realizó desde la asignatura Ética profesional; indaga sobre los juicios morales en estudiantes a partir de la pregunta de investigación ¿Cuáles son los juicios morales sobre justicia que orientan a los estudiantes de 6º a 10º semestre de tres carreras de la Universidad Industrial de Santander ante situaciones en conflicto de valores? Mediante un enfoque cualitativo etnográfico se busca determinar la estructura moral existente en estos tres grupos de estudiantes, catalogados como grupos: A, B, C. Los resultados, además del análisis y la lectura de los razonamientos morales sobre justicia de los estudiantes, ubican el estadio moral predominante y los demás estadios presentes en ellos en su estructura moral de acuerdo con el planteamiento teórico de Lawrence Kohlberg. Igualmente la estructura moral que la UIS busca fortalecer en sus procesos educativos, está presente en los principios que orientan el Proyecto Educativo Institucional. Palabras clave: Juicio moral, acción moral, atmósfera moral, estadio moral. SUMMARYThe current study was made from the professional Ethical subject; it investigates on the moral judgments in students from the investigation question: Which are the moral judgments on justice that guide to the students from 6º to 10º semester of three career of Universidad Industrial de Santander before situations in conflict of values? By means of an ethnographic qualitative approach one looks for to determine the existing moral structure in these three groups of students, catalogued like groups: A, B, C. The results, besides the analysis and the reading of the moral reasoning on justice of the students, locate the predominant moral stage and the other present stages in them in their moral structure in agreement with the theoretical exposition of Lawrence Kohlberg. Also the moral structure that the UIS looks for to fortify in their educative processes is present in the principles that guide Institutional Educative Project. Keywords: Moral judgment, moral action, moral atmosphere, moral stage.
