El siguiente trabajo se presenta bajo la modalidad de pasantía de investigación, mediante la vinculación al Observatorio de Paz y Derechos Humanos de la Corporación Compromiso, tiene como objetivo analizar las agresiones ejercidas contra los líderes, lideresas sociales y defensores/as de derechos humanos de la región Nororiental (Arauca, Norte de Santander y Santander) durante el segundo semestre año 2020 para la construcción de un Informe Regional de Derechos Humanos. Así pues, para el desarrollo de la pasantía, se utiliza la investigación de tipo mixta con diseño transformativo secuencial y el método de revisión documental. Se encuentra que por acción u omisión las agresiones a la vida e integridad de los liderazgos sociales hacen parte de prácticas sociales genocidas desarrolladas por actores armados, estatales, empresas nacionales y trasnacionales. Este proceso ha sido sistemático por su modus operandi, por los patrones que presenta dichas agresiones: planeación, recurrencia, la constante de impunidad que impide juzgar a los responsables. Por último, se encuentra el fallo emitido por el Tribunal Permanente de los Pueblo, el cual reconoce la existencia de políticas estatales destinadas a la destrucción parcial del grupo nacional colombiano y su responsabilidad frente al incumplimiento de sus obligaciones en prevención, investigación y sanción del genocidio. |

Thereby, for the development of the internship, mixed type research with sequential transformative design and the document review method are used. It is found that by action or omission, attacks on life and integrity of social leaders are part of genocidal social practices developed by armed, state, national and transnational companies. This process has been systematic due to its modus operandi, due to the patterns presented by the attacks: planning, recurrence, the constant impunity that prevents the prosecution of those responsible.
