description Este trabajo comprende el desarrollo de la Práctica Jurídica Social, la cual realice en la oficina Jurídica del Sindicato de los Trabajadores del Sector Educativo de Santander, desde donde se logró hacer un estudio minucioso acerca del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud de los Profesores del sector público adscritos al Magisterio de Educadores de Colombia. Esta práctica se realizó con el direccionamiento de la Dra. Jackeline Granados Ferreira, abogada y docente UIS, y bajo el acompañamiento del en el área del Derecho, quienes me orientaron, acompañaron, ubicaron y situaron en la correcta y efectiva realización de cada uno de los objetivos los cuales dieron pie para la realización de la práctica; entre los objetivos, se logró apoyar a la oficina jurídica del sindicato sobre el sistema de salud de los docentes, se logró brindar acompañamiento en materia legal y jurídica dentro el plano de mis competencias como practicante jurídico MAGISTERIO DE EDUCADORES Y EL SISTEMA GENERAL DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL EN SALUD.

This practice was realized by the adressing of the Dra. Select Jackeline Granados Ferreira, lawyer and the teacher U.I.S, and under the Gómez Luna, lawyer.
