This thesis will present a diagnosis and solution of problems encountered in intervention operations well workover equipment in the Castilla Field
for costs associated with economic losses to non-productive times
performing an initial description of the history of the field
then the description of equipment failures background installed as artificial lift system and the reasons why it is necessary to enter a team for a workover well intervention. Given the experience of the author
a statistical analysis of time and costs associated interventions wells was carried out in Campo Castilla Workover during campaigns carried out in 2014 and 2015
so it was possible to identify the economic impact that represents non-productive in the development of a well intervention times. In this way it was possible to identify the best way for effective performance measurement equipment Workover during an intervention well
this by definition
measurement and monitoring of KPI's
this allowed to establish a procedure and a flow diagram to implement the necessary order to best values KPI's through gaps with identifying opportunities for improvement steps. Among the points to improve stipulates that the contract by which the supply of equipment Workover performed corresponds to the most representative item within the AFE for the well intervention service therefore deserves special attention
as an exploration of the type of contract that allows to receive benefits and profit for operational and economic level for the operating mode in Castilla Field. A view finally takes the current model of recruitment and proposed to ensure the supply of equipment Workover model through Lump Sum contract under modality
highlighting the benefits that would have to implement in the development of a field.
