this project proposes a strategy to support the process of creating enterprises
through the lean startup methodology by Eric Ries
where various techniques are used to accomplish a goal: create a viable business
where resources are used
waste is minimize and can be applied to different types of businesses. The purpose of this website is to provide support to UIS Entrepreneurs aiming to create

and implement business ideas properly. Be the guide for those who are in a constant search for changes
waiting for new challenges

facilitating the process by which each entrepreneur must pass. This project has a conceptual explanation related to Lean Startup based on a validated learning
scientific experimentation and iteration in product launches to shorten development cycles
measure progress and gain feedback addressed. The Web Portal is designed in three modules: 1. First module explains the methodology in which is the father of Lean Startup
Lean Manufacturing Toyota. Also explains concepts of Startup and successful Examples of the application. 2. Second module explains the elements of the Model Canvas which is a business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates
delivers and captures value. To finalize is has a global vision of the business idea
clearly showing the interconnections between the different elements. 3. Third module explains the tools to show the complete enterprise: Landing Page

El propósito de este Portal Web es brindar un apoyo a los Emprendedores UIS teniendo como objetivo crear, desarrollar, e implementar ideas de negocio correctamente. Ser la guía para quienes están en una búsqueda constante de cambios, a espera de nuevos retos buscando dar soluciones a los problemas. Para eso, se buscó apoyo en diferentes tecnologías que van acorde a la implementación de ideas nuevas, facilitando el proceso por el cual cada emprendedor debe pasar. Este proyecto cuenta con una explicación conceptual de manera que se aborda los temas relacionados a Lean StartUp basados en un aprendizaje validado, experimentación científica e iteración en los lanzamientos del producto para acortar los ciclos de desarrollo, medir el progreso y ganar retroalimentación. El Portal Web se diseñó en tres módulos: 1. Primer módulo explica la metodología en la cual se encuentra el padre de Lean StartUp, Lean Manufacturing-Toyota.
