Metafísica y postconflicto

La presente investigación tiene por finalidad el análisis del conflicto en Colombia, los diálogos de la Habana han acaparado las expectativas del país al intentar desesperadamente un escenario postconflictivo, sin embargo, las dos interpretaciones que están sentadas en la mesa de negociación al dejar a un lado el sentido de lo que es conflicto, están conduciendo al país a un estado idílico que es ajeno a la realidad. Pensar un escenario postconflicto desde cualquier perspectiva debe partir del análisis del conflicto, interpretando por un lado que esta manifestación es implícita en el hombre y que por ninguna razón puede ser suprimida si no contenida por medio de la democracia. Por el otro, porque la metafísica moderna al instaurar en el hombre el culto por la materia está elevando la tensión de la relación natural de enemistad en que viven los hombres y con ello se están desatando mayores conflictos como consecuencia de la esencia conflictiva del ente. En el caso colombiano, el deseo acaparador heredado desde colonización española produjo que la disputa por la materia se tradujera en la inequitativa distribución de la tierra en Colombia. Justamente, la violencia en Colombia ha sido incontenida precisamente porque el país se ha mostrado incapaz de romper con la tradición, las visiones católicas – hispánicas, liberales –conservadores que instauraron la supresión del “otro” como elemento constitutivo han impedido que en el país se desarrolle un marco legal en donde los conflictos sean contenidos.

On the other hand; because modern metaphysics establishes in man worship the matter; it is raising the tension of natural adversarial relationship in which men live and thereby they are triggering major conflicts as a result of the conflicting essence of the entity. In Colombia; the hoarder desire inherited from Spanish colonization occurred that the dispute over the material to be translated into the inequitable distribution of land in Colombia. Precisely; the violence in Colombia has been unrestrained precisely because the country has been unable to break with tradition; Catholic-Hispanic; Conservatives-liberals views who established the abolition of the "other" as a constituent element; preventing the country develop a legal framework where conflicts are contained.
