Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este artículo es presentar las actividades realizadas en la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en la secretaría de infraestructura de la alcaldía de Bucaramanga, en el periodo comprendido entre el 17 de agosto del 2022 y el 16 de diciembre del 2022, donde se realizaron actividades de apoyo en el área de contratación como la revisión de presupuestos, proyección de los costos, evaluaciones técnicas, dar respuesta a peticiones, quejas, reclamos y solicitudes (PQRS) y otras actividades, buscando el acople de lo teórico y lo práctico en el campo de Gestión de Proyectos.
