description El presente es un informe de proyecto de grado en modalidad de práctica jurídico-social, orientado por el acuerdo superior 0004 del 2007, por medio del cual se definen las reglas básicas para una adecuada práctica estudiantil. El presente proyecto se realizó en colaboración con el municipio de Ricaurte - Nariño, escenario que permitió realizar las prácticas en sus instalaciones, cumpliendo funciones propias de la Secretaría de Gobierno y de la oficina jurídica. El objetivo de esta práctica fue el de buscar la satisfacción social del pueblo Ricaurteño, por medio del cumplimiento de los principios administrativos, en específico los relacionados con la buena fe, igualdad, moralidad, celeridad, economía, imparcialidad, eficacia, eficiencia, participación, publicidad, responsabilidad y transparencia. Todo esto en miras a un apoyo social enfocado en servir a la comunidad desde el escenario jurídico, académico y profesional, espacio que permitirá el desarrollo personal y la autoevaluación del estudiante como ser productivo laboralmente, de valores firmes y empatía social, en la realización de tareas y actividades propias de la carrera de derecho enfocadas a la búsqueda de soluciones a las necesidades jurídicas que el municipio de Ricaurte Nariño pueda tener. Poniendo en práctica todos los conocimientos adquiridos en las aulas de clase del alma mater, nuestra universidad industrial de Santander.

This project was carried out in collaboration with the municipality of Ricaurte - Nariño, a scenario that allowed the practices to be carried out in its facilities, fulfilling the functions of the Government Secretariat and the legal office. The objective of this practice was to seek the social satisfaction of the Ricaurte people, through compliance with administrative principles, specifically those related to good faith, equality, morality, speed, economy, impartiality, effectiveness, efficiency, participation, publicity, responsibility and transparency. All this in view of a social support focused on serving the community from the legal, academic and professional setting, a space that will allow personal development and self-assessment of the student as being productive at work, with firm values and social empathy, in the realization of tasks and activities of the law career focused on finding solutions to the legal needs that the municipality of Ricaurte Nariño may have.
