for this reason the production plant will be located in the Santander capital
this being a plus for the company
as it influences significantly the cost minimization
to have easy access to raw material for the product
which points unless a limiting factor for the development of the company. A fundamental part for the development of the Project
It was the great acceptance that had the product by the surveyed population
although most indicated that they had never consumed pineapple in syrup
his answer was not apathetic when they were asked if they would be willing to consume. In order to create a solid company that is maintained over time
different administrative and legal issues were studied
where a company decides to form SAS considering the initial magnitude of the project. When determining the viability of the company
a joint assessment of the different studies applied in the project is done
where it is determined that the establishment of the company is feasible
taking into account the objectives set at the beginning
they are achievable short term
and that the company does not have great weight limitations that may impede the proper functioning of the same.

description El presente proyecto habla de la viabilidad de crear una empresa productora y comercializadora de piñas en almíbar en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, abordando y analizando temas referentes a los estudios de mercados, técnicos, administrativos y financieros, necesarios para determinar la factibilidad de la creación de la nueva empresa. El producto inicialmente ira dirigido a los estratos 3, 4, 5 y 6 de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, por tal motivo la planta de producción estará ubicada en la capital santandereana, siendo esto un punto a favor para la empresa, ya que influye de manera considerable en la minimización de los costos, al tener fácil acceso a la metería prima necesaria para el producto, lo cual apunta a no ser un limitante para el desarrollo de la empresa. Parte fundamental para el desarrollo del proyecto, fue la gran aceptación que tuvo el producto por la población encuestada, aunque la mayoría indico que nunca habían consumido la piña en almíbar, su respuesta no fue apática cuando se les consulto si estarían dispuesto a consumirla. Con el fin de crear una empresa sólida y que se mantenga en el tiempo, se estudiaron diferentes temas administrativos y legales, donde se decide conformar una empresa SAS teniendo en cuenta la magnitud inicial del proyecto. Al momento de determinar la viabilidad la empresa, se realiza una evaluación conjunta de los diferentes estudios aplicados en el desarrollo del proyecto, donde se determina que es factible la creación de la empresa, teniendo en cuenta que los objetivos planteados al inicio, son alcanzables a un corto plazo, y que la empresa no cuenta con limitantes de gran peso que puedan entorpecer el buen funcionamiento de la misma.
