description La sistematización de experiencias se puede entender según Jara (2018) como un entramado de procesos históricos cambiantes que han sido vividos por diferentes actores sociales en contextos económicos, culturales y sociales, donde se generan situaciones que pueden ser institucionales, organizacionales, grupales o personales. es preciso ubicar la presente sistematización en la reconstrucción de la “Práctica de Trabajo Social en el Área De Asistencia y Asesoría a la familia, Centro Zonal Antonia Santos, Bucaramanga durante el periodo 2021-2 y 2022-1”, en la cual, se reflexiona y se reconocen aquellos saberes significativos que aportan al proceso de transformación de la experiencia, igualmente, permite tener un sustento teórico- práctico para futuras intervenciones profesionales en Trabajo Social desde el ámbito Familiar. Dicho esto, esta sistematización se adapta a la metodología planteada por Oscar Jara en su libro titulado “sistematización de experiencias: Práctica y teoría para otros mundos posibles”, en el que se ubican los siguientes cinco (5) momentos: punto de partida, plan de sistematización, recuperación del proceso, reflexiones y punto de llegada. La intención de esta sistematización es aportar al fortalecimiento de las futuras prácticas profesionales mostrando la realidad del proceso de práctica, además, posibilita el mejoramiento de los procesos de intervención integral en las problemáticas que se abordan en el ámbito familiar, específicamente relacionadas con el consumo de Sustancias Psicoactivas (SPA), comportamientos inadecuados, vulneración a los derechos de los NNA maltrato y violencia contra los NNA.

It is necessary to place the present systematization in the reconstruction of the “Social Work Practice in the Area of Assistance and Advice to the family, Antonia Santos Zonal Center, Bucaramanga during the period 2021-2 and 2022-1”, in which, It reflects and recognizes the significant knowledge that contributes to the process of transforming the experience. Likewise, it allows for theoretical-practical support for future professional interventions in Social Work from the Family sphere. That said, this systematization adapts to the methodology proposed by Oscar Jara in his book titled “systematization of experiences: Practice and theory for other possible worlds”, in which the following five (5) moments are located: starting point, plan of systematization, recovery of the process, reflections and point of arrival.
