The company comercializadora will be constituted legally through an Anonymous Simplified Society "S.To.S"; the study of markets the same as their competition is clearly identified; a financial study the which it shows positive results for the recovery in a five year-old lapse showing this way the viability of the project to execute in the municipality of Barichara.2 This project for the setting in march requires an investment of $ 50.926.803 throwing a net present of $ 276.150.911 and TIR 116
