Conceptual evolution will make it possible to identify why reflexive judgment is so important to achieve life in society.El propósito del artículo es conocer la esencia del juicio reflexivo a partir de los estudios realizados por Hannah Arendt, quien identificó desde sus elementos mínimos su importante papel para la construcción de comunidad. Proyecto que se adelantó a partir del recorrido académico que ella desarrollara, visualizando las dos acepciones que acuñara, el inicial descrito antes del proceso en contra del Teniente Coronel nazi Adolf Eichmann y su modificación que llegaría posterior a este litigio judicial.
