Evaluación, autoevaluación y coevaluación de los profesores universitarios. Mitos y creencias

ResumenEn la evaluación docente se debe involucrar en su valoración, una mirada desde el estudiante (centro de formación), otra interna desde la autoevaluación del mismo profesor universitario y un proceso que no puede faltar en el desarrollo académico, es la evaluación de los pares académicos (coevaluación) que ayude en la comunidad universitaria a formar una cultura de reestructuración de la evaluación. Es posibilitar el encuentro desde el aula y las dinámicas que genera el profesor y sus estudiantes por construir los saberes, la identidad de las profesiones; ello obliga a la redefinición de unas nuevas fichas de evaluación.Palabras claves: Evaluación. Integración.SUMMARYThe teaching evaluation should involve in its valuation, a look from the point of view of the student (formation center) and an internal look from the self evaluation of the teacher. A process that can’t lack in academical development is the evaluation of academical pairs (co evaluation) that contributes in the formation of an evaluation reconstruction culture inside the university community. Is to enable the encounter from the classroom and the dynamics that the teacher and his/her students generate to built the knowledge, the identity of the different professions; this forces a redefinition of the new elements of evaluation.
