The constant use of electric energy in homes
workplaces and other spaces in which human beings interact makes it essential to establish a set of rules and protocols that guarantee the safety of people
the reliability of electrical installations and compatibility of the equipment. Therefore
there are rules and regulations governing the design and construction of electrical installations. In Colombia
these installations are regulated by the technical regulation of electrical installations (RETIE)
which made mandatory the first chapters of the Colombian Electrical Code (NTC 2050). This project proposes a enclosure design for self-supporting low voltage board for the company Ryctel Ltda. Because the currently market demands products such as electrical boards with established standards
and thus prevent an installation from failing
or even worse
may be detrimental to the safety of the installations and people. Thus
Ryctel Ltda seeks to generate solutions for the electrical sector
through the practice of industrial design and taking into account the production capacity of the company supported by its automated metalworking plant for cutting
bending and punching
it was decided to design this type of enclosure.

El uso constante de la energía eléctrica en los hogares, lugares de trabajo y demás espacios en los que interactúan los seres humanos hace indispensable establecer un conjunto de normas y protocolos que garanticen la seguridad de las personas, la fiabilidad de las instalaciones eléctricas y la compatibilidad de los equipos. Por lo anterior existen normas y reglamentos que rigen el diseño como la construcción de las instalaciones eléctricas. En Colombia dichas instalaciones son reguladas por el reglamento técnico de instalaciones eléctricas (RETIE), el cual, hizo obligatorio cumplimiento los primeros capítulos del Código Eléctrico Colombiano (NTC 2050). Este proyecto propone un diseño de envolvente para tablero autosoportado de baja tensión para la empresa Ryctel Ltda. Debido a que actualmente el mercado exige que productos como los tableros eléctricos cumplan con las normas establecidas, y así evitar que una instalación falle, sacándola de servicio, o peor aún, puede atentar contra la seguridad de las instalaciones y de las personas. Así Ryctel Ltda busca generar soluciones para el sector eléctrico, mediante la práctica del diseño industrial y tomando en cuenta la capacidad productora de la compañía apoyada en su planta automatizada de metalmecánica de corte, doblez y punzonado, se decide diseñar dicha envolvente. |
