description Un buen ingeniero civil debe estar dotado de una base sólida teórica con el fin de comprender, analizar, construir, supervisar, inspeccionar y evaluar obras civiles identificando problemas y proponiendo soluciones. La finalidad del presente documento es exponer las actividades ejecutadas durante la práctica empresarial en la empresa URIEL HERNANDEZ INGENIERIA CIVIL S.A.S. En primera instancia se encontrará una breve introducción donde se realizará una descripción de la empresa dando a conocer su misión, visión, políticas de calidad y portafolio de servicios. Seguidamente se evidenciará la metodología implementada durante la práctica para el desarrollo óptimo de las actividades desarrolladas como ingeniera de apoyo en obra civil, iniciando desde la visita técnica, análisis de la problemática, propuesta de solución, modelamiento tridimensional, cálculo de presupuesto y cantidades de obra, presentación de propuestas y ejecución de obra partiendo de la cotización de materiales, mano de obra, control y programación de obra. Al finalizar se expone el análisis de los resultados y las evidencias de la participación en los proyectos, es decir, formatos de visita, análisis de precios unitarios APU tipo, formato de seguimiento y cronograma de actividades y evidencias de visitas, con el fin de formular las conclusiones correspondientes en la realización de este trabajo de grado.

The purpose of this document is to expose the activities carried out during the business practice in the company URIEL HERNANDEZ INGENIERIA CIVIL S.A.S. In the first instance, a brief introduction will be found where a description of the company will be made, revealing its mission, vision, quality policies and service portfolio. Next, the methodology implemented during the practice for the optimal development of the activities granted as a support engineer in civil works will be evidenced, starting from the technical visit, problem analysis, solution proposal, three-dimensional modeling, budget calculation and quantities, presentation of proposals and execution of work based on the quotation of materials, labor, control and programming of work.
