description En esta tesis nuestro principal objetivo es poder encontrar los posibles impactos que puede llegar a generar la aplicabilidad del acuerdo de Escazú en la industria de los hidrocarburos en Colombia, para ello analizaremos la legislación Colombia en términos de acceso a la información y participación de las comunidades en asuntos ambientales en la industria de los Hidrocarburos y posteriormente comparar y analizar con la ley de Escazú, este análisis será basado en el marco normativo existente, los distintos decretos y aplicaciones que hoy rigen a la industria de los hidrocarburos, teniendo en cuenta las consultas previas y la reglamentación del licenciamiento ambiental.
