giving a significant contribution to a large project
intelligent well
which seeks to obtain quality information that allows manipulation for the optimizatadaptation and automation of a UNIVERSAL CALIBRATION MACHINE OF LOAD CELLS
which allows to carry out monitoring at the will of the sensors used in CAMPO ESCUELA COLORADO giving to know their state of life and allow their reconditioning to extend their useful life. To facilitate the use of the machine and make it more user-friendly
the design and conditioning of a human-machine interface (HMI) is provided
contributing flexibility with three modes of operation and offering the possibility of performing with two types of calibration (direct and stepwise)
In addition the MCU has a data collection system that facilitates a good working history of the sensors to be calibrated. Finally
for the safety of the hardware chosen to take the project to full
the machine is provided with a test bench that protects it from any type of contact with third parties and even from deterioration due to environmental conditions
that bench was designed in the way as compact as possible and is powered by a three-phase power source.

Actualmente la industria requiere profesionales altamente eficientes y productivos que contribuyan con nuevas ideas para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida. En busca del propósito de ayudar al desarrollo de nuevas ideas se necesita crear un producto que cumpla con los requerimientos exigidos a plena cabalidad dando un significativo aporte a un proyecto de gran envergadura, pozo inteligente, el cual busca obtener información de calidad que permita su manipulación para la optimización de la producción de crudo. Para esto se diseña la adecuación hidráulica y la automatización de una MAQUINA DE CALIBRACIÓN UNIVERSAL DE CELDAS DE CARGA, la cual permite realizar monitoreo a voluntad de los sensores utilizados en CAMPO ESCUELA COLORADO dando a conocer el estado de vida de los mismos y permitir su reacondicionamiento para prolongar su ciclo útil. Para facilitar la utilización de la máquina y hacerla más amigable al operario se realiza el diseño y acondicionamiento de una interfaz humano-máquina (HMI), aportando flexibilidad con tres modos de operación y brindando la posibilidad de realizar dos tipos de calibración (directa y escalonada), además la MCU cuenta con un sistema de recolección de datos que facilita llevar un buen historial de trabajo de los sensores a calibrar. Finalmente para la seguridad del hardware elegido para llevar el proyecto a cabalidad se dota la máquina de un banco de pruebas que lo protege de cualquier tipo de contacto con terceros e incluso del deterioro por parte de las condiciones ambientales, dicho banco se diseñó de la manera más compacta posible y es alimentado por una fuente de energía trifásica. |
