Un modelo de medición del capital sicológico para los microempresarios del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga mediante el uso de ecuaciones estructurales

Los emprendimientos deben contar con una serie de elementos (capitales), que sin importar lo promisoria que pueda parecer una idea de negocios, deben estar disponibles para que la iniciativa goce de la mayor probabilidad de éxito. Los factores comúnmente considerados son los capitales físicos-financieros, el capital social y el capital humano. Ellos al ser involucrados en las áreas funcionales de una empresa o emprendimiento; tales como la producción, comercialización, financiación, recursos humanos, tecnología y compras, mejoran las condiciones para que la iniciativa económica sobreviva y crezca. En términos generales, la recomendación es avanzar en el plan de prueba, que con base en los hallazgos hechos en este trabajo apuntando a la mejora del instrumento, la toma de una muestra más representativa, al tiempo que se haga un protocolo de aplicación más eficaz. La pregunta de quién es el emprendedor requiere incluir otro tipo de capital en la ecuación del microemprendimiento, el capital sicológico. Son numerosas las biografías de empresarios exitosos donde se evidencian aspectos de carácter sicológico como el optimismo, la resiliencia o la autoeficacia como factores del perfil sicológico del empresario de éxito. En este trabajo se explora en una muestra de microempresarios del Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga los factores sicológicos relacionados con el Capital Sicológico por medio de la aplicación del análisis factorial exploratorio con el fin de hacer un primer ejercicio para la comprobación de los factores constitutivos de este constructo.

The question about the needs of the entreperneur needs the inclusión of another type of capital in the micro-entreperneurship equation; such as the psycological capital. There are many biographies of succesfull entreperneurs where psycological aspects such as resilience; optimism; selfefficiency as aspects of the psycological profile of a succesfull entreperneur. These work explores the psycological factors related with the Psycological Capital in a sample of micro-entreperneurs from the metropolitan área of Bucaramanga thru the application of the factorial exploratory analysis. This is with the aim of performing the first exercise for the comprobation of the constitutives factors of this construct.
