The Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) should be seen as a bridge towards sustainable development
which provides the necessary tools for good practices that benefit the stakeholders of an organization
in the social
economic and environmental aspects. Therefore this research seeks to assess CSR practices
from the design of a diagnostic tools adjusted to the hospitality industry in the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area
which was the result of the revision of standards
current models and evaluation methodologies
which selected the methodology of diagnosis and continuous improvement in CSR Xertatu:Adi
and the standard technical NTS-TS sectoral Colombian 002 for establishments of accommodation and accommodation-requirements of sustainability-ICONTEC. With based its previous knowledge led to its the diagnosis of the practices of CSR to show micro and small companies of the hotel sector
taking as point of split the Convention with the Association hotel and tourist of Colombia
COTELCO chapter Santander. As a result of the process
they were identified and assessed the practices of CSR criteria of evaluation which suggests Xertatu:Adi
then the results were presented for micro and small businesses
ending with an array of strengths and a path of improvement
in order to provide additional information on the impacts of good practices of corporate social responsibility.

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) debe ser vista como el puente hacia el desarrollo sostenible, que brinda las herramientas necesarias para las buenas prácticas que benefician a los grupos de interés de una organización, en los aspectos social, económico y ambiental. Por lo tanto esta investigación busca evaluar las prácticas de RSE, a partir del diseño de una herramienta de diagnóstico ajustada al sector hotelero de la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana, que fue producto de la revisión de normas, modelos actuales y metodologías de evaluación, de los cuales se seleccionó la metodología de diagnóstico y mejora continua en RSE, Xertatu:Adi y la Norma Técnica NTS-TS Sectorial Colombiana 002 para establecimientos de alojamiento y hospedaje-Requisitos de Sostenibilidad-ICONTEC. Con base en lo anterior, se llevó a cabo el diagnóstico de las Prácticas de RSE a una muestra conformada por micro y pequeñas empresas del sector hotelero, teniendo como punto de partida el convenio con la Asociación Hotelera y Turística de Colombia, COTELCO Capítulo Santander. Como consecuencia del proceso, se identificaron y evaluaron las prácticas de RSE de acuerdo a los criterios de evaluación que sugiere Xertatu:Adi, luego se presentaron los resultados para micro y pequeñas empresas, finalizando con una matriz de fortalezas y una ruta de mejora, a fin de proporcionar información adicional sobre los impactos de las buenas prácticas de responsabilidad social empresarial. |
