When it comes to perform specific technical processes that require a strict quality control because of its relevance
it must be implemented a strict quality control system that allows a civil engineering work to show the development approval of the construction activities performed
based on international standardized rules that make possible to perform a specialized follow up to each control activity executed
verifying the right performance of each one of the parts that compose a structure
and thus providing security to a building and well-being to the clients and future users. In this article it is intended to leave evidence of relevant information about standardized and normalized processes
carried out in the quality control at the civil work implemented by the company Urbanas S.A
undertaken by tests and checks that guarantee the correct execution for every single activity performed
as well as the accomplishing of the required specifications for the implemented materials. Some of the most representative tests used for carrying out controls are: cone and sand test for the control of land fill compaction
settlement and resistance to compressive strengths for concretes
tests of resistance to tension strengths for steels and control of internal hydraulic
sanitary and gas networks.

Cuando se trata de realizar procedimientos técnicos específicos que requieren un estricto control debido a su relevancia, es preciso implementar un estricto sistema de gestión de calidad que permita a una obra civil evidenciar la aprobación del desarrollo de las actividades de construcción realizadas, basándose en normas estandarizadas internacionalmente, las cuales permiten realizar un seguimiento especializado a cada actividad ejecutada, constatando así el correcto funcionamiento de las partes que componen una estructura, de esta manera se logra proporcionar seguridad a una edificación y bienestar a clientes y futuros usuarios. En este artículo se pretende dejar evidenciado información pertinente a cerca de procesos estandarizados y normalizados, llevados a cabo por la empresa Urbanas S.A para el control de calidad en obra, realizados mediante pruebas y ensayos que avalan la correcta elaboración para cada actividad ejecutada, así como también, el cumplimiento de las especificaciones requeridas por los materiales empleados. Algunas de las pruebas más representativas con las cuales se realizan los controles, son: ensayo de cono y arena para el control de compactación en rellenos, asentamiento y resistencia a la compresión para concretos, pruebas de resistencia a la tensión para los aceros y control de redes internas hidráulica, sanitaria y de gas. |
