whereby the cash flow will take place and the convenience of be supported each by calculating the values of IRR ( internal rate of return ) and NPV (net present value ) of the project.

El presente estudio tiene como finalidad hacer una evaluación técnica y financiera de dos alternativas para alimentar los motores de los pozos del Campo Payoa ubicado el municipio de Sabana de Torres, Santander, el cual es operado por Petrosantander, una de las primeras empresas en explotar hidrocarburos en el país. El trabajo está basado en información de la producción, mantenimiento, paradas de planta, precio del petróleo, gas y energía eléctrica, así como también precios de proyectos de construcción para la industrial donde se calculan los requerimientos técnicos para la construcción de las diferentes alternativas. La primera de las alternativas consta de alimentar el campo con energía eléctrica desde la Subestación Sabana y comprar la energía a un comercializador y la segunda alternativa consta de alimentar el campo con energía eléctrica generada con un grupo electrógeno alimentada con el gas natural producido en el mismo campo. El comparativo se realizará con base a los costos de inversión de cada una de las dos opciones, así como también los diferentes costos de mantenimiento y operación asociados a los dos alternativas, con lo cual se realizara el flujo de caja y se soportara la conveniencia de cada uno mediante el cálculo de los valores de TIR (tasa interna de retorno) y VPN (valor presente neto) del proyecto. |
