Mayores cantidades de obra e ítems no previstos en la contratación estatal

The objective of the present study is to present to the academic community, in a systematized way, the knowledge about the greater quantities of work and unanticipated items; advances obtained through a documentary investigation and analysis of the history of the State Contract in the matter of civil works, based on constitutional, legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal references. That is why this research project collects and identifies, in a descriptive and argumentative way, both the genesis, the problematic, the questions, the legal nature, the characteristics; Added to the above, allows to deepen in the subject, updates its debate and generates the development of a formal investigation in front of the subject.
