Vivienda Agrícola de interés social como método de inclusión en el municipio de Arbelaez-Cundinamarca

This project seeks to develop a design proposal for affordable housing for the municipality of Arbelaez Cundinamarca, with an approach to what is defined as a production house, since their community retains the character and rural customs. Spatial aspects of EOT for the restructuring that is currently being implemented in the municipality to ensure the relationship between public space, equipment, services and housing are suggested. There has been a consistent analysis of historical, social, physical and political characteristics that owns the region where found flaws, weaknesses, threats, opportunities and strengths that have allowed all this study in addition to lead to a justification solve these problems and threats. Besides the agricultural character of the region must be strengthened from urban development proposals, which applied to the development of public space housing and generating social awareness and maintain cultural population. The objective of this project is to highlight agriculture Arbelaez displeased to achieve the country as a source of opportunities.
