Deficiencias identificadas en instalaciones tecnicas en tres obras caso de estudio

"The technical installations in the construction have deficiencies. As indicated APROCOF (2012) ""In the installations that are realized in the construction, too many standards and installation techniques are omitted"". According to this, the present case study finds to establish an improvement proposal to reduce the high rate of errors in electrical, hydrosanitary, hydraulic and gas installations, in multifamily housing of socioeconomic stratum 5, 3 and VIS, with constructive systems of concrete walls and structural masonry. Through the typification formats the deficiencies are characterized based on Colombian standards, to obtain quality processes in the current constructions, and then give a conclusions to contribute in the constructive process of the technical installations integrated to the constructive systems of concrete walls and structural masonry"
