| Summary: | This document seeks to give a vision of the situation of the affectation suffered by non-renewable natural resources due to mining, especially considering it as illegal, that illegality that sinisterly and without limits becomes predatory and usurping, is not limited to legal system, not subject to mining, environmental and administrative regulations, ignores the duties as citizen and mining; It hurts the economy and generates illegal income.
