Summary:This document presents the disqualifications and incompatibilities by which a State entity can unilaterally terminate contracts have certain default conditions as set out in the contract work and in the grounds of Law 80 of 1993.An emphasis regarding due process must apply these contracting entities to guarantee the principle of legality against government contracting, citing as an example a case study declaring the expiration of a contract without regard to due process and rights was conducted contractor. The case is currently in the administrative court of Tolima, is evidenced by the facts and evidence that state agencies do not apply recent decisions issued by the State Council to be clear this on timing from which you can declare a expiry, legal problems as this case shows how the theory of unfair terms state becomes a reality for lack of expertise at the time of application
