As forensic pathology science that studies the causes and how it happened death for the case study also important tools such as interviews with people close to the victim, videos wherever possible with the aim of detecting hours used admission to place, time spent on self and others and that the identification is performed by expert witnesses in identifying people, because as the scene is posed by the offender to do to see that the person had committed suicide, plus Identifying actions such as promiscuity he always refused, as stated in the interviews given by friends and neighbors, and also items that appear on the scene as Diazepam is completely sealed bottle, which creates the assumption that the person committed the offense by the desire to go out and fix everything he forgot some important details, (and that conferences were held in the diploma is interesting to quote the following) ""the perpetrator leaves or takes something almost most scenes ""the key is to be very skilled to locate and in this case and left several evidences to prove murder, it also carries as important as the murder weapon and also saves element, and that all these elements evidence could be collected through the report of forensic medicine in which he could point out that indeed there is coincided with flask and consumption of alcohol in blood count lake, as this last was the main question that arose why was a lake blood count if according to the position where the body was found and also having observed against that element may have hit not found that none had a bloodstain" |

happened death for the case study also important tools such as interviews with people close to the victim, videos wherever possible with the aim of detecting hours used admission to place, time spent on self and others and that the identification is performed by expert witnesses in identifying people, because as the scene is posed by the offender to do to see that the person had committed suicide, plus Identifying actions such as promiscuity he always refused, as stated in the interviews given by friends and neighbors, and also items that appear on the scene as Diazepam is completely sealed bottle, which creates the assumption that the person committed the offense by the desire to go out and fix everything he forgot some important details, (and that conferences were held in the diploma is interesting to quote the following) ""the perpetrator leaves or takes something almost most scenes ""the key is to be very skilled to locate and in this case and left several evidences to prove murder, it also carries as important as the murder weapon and also saves element, and that all these elements evidence could be collected through the report of forensic medicine in which he could point out that indeed there is coincided with flask and consumption of alcohol in blood count lake, as this last was the main question that arose why was a lake blood count if according to the position where the body was found and also having observed against that element may have hit not found that none had a bloodstain""Al ser la patología forense la ciencia que estudia la causas y como sucedió la muerte para el caso en estudio, se utilizan también herramientas importantes como son entrevistas a personas cercanas a la víctima, videos en lo posible con el ánimo de detectar horas de ingreso a lugar, tiempo de permanencia en el mismo y otros y que la identificación se realice por medio de peritos expertos en identificación de personas, ya que como se planteaba la escena por el victimario que hacer ver que la persona se había suicidado, además de señalar actuaciones como es la promiscuidad que el siempre negó, como consta en las entrevistas dadas por sus amigos y vecinos, y que además los elementos que aparecen en la escena como es el frasco de Diazepamcompletamente sellado, que crea la hipótesis que la persona que cometió el hecho punible por el afán de salir y arreglar todo se le olvidaron ciertos detalles importantes, ( y que en conferencias que se tuvieron en el diplomado es interesante citar lo siguiente ) "" el victimario deja o se lleva algo en casi la mayoría de las escenas"" la clave están en ser muy experto para poder ubicarlas y en esta caso así como dejo varias evidencias para poder demostrar el homicidio, también se lleva consigo un elemento tan importante como es el arma homicida y además lo guarda, y que todas estos elementos probatorios se pudieran recolectar gracias al informe presentado por medicina legal en la que pudo señalar que efectivamente no existe conexidad con el frasco y el consumo de alcohol con el lago hemático, ya que este última fue la principal duda que surgió el por quéhabía un lago hemático si de acuerdo a la posición en la que se encontraba el cadáver y además de haber observado contra que elemento se pudo haber golpeado no se encontró que ninguno tuviese una mancha de sangre"application/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/11396/2750spaUniversidad La Gran ColombiaFacultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas y socialesInvestigación CriminalAbierto (Texto
