| Summary: | The reflection paper first presents the structure that makes up the legal framework for peace in points dialog. A focus on the point of discussion of non-repetition ago, which corresponds to the cessation of violence in order to analyze whether compliance with this premise leads to a positive constitutional transformation. In this vein was possible to extend a general study on human rights and the importance it deserves in the tables of dialogue and the inclusion of transitional mechanisms and conceptual aspects of peace. Thus, it could be defined if the legal framework for peace is a solid path and just for those who have been victims of violence and participants in Colombia, analyzed from constitutional premises.Thus, he could be issued a reflection that suggests the possibility of creating social legal, that way the legal framework for the fundamental rights enshrined peace can be guaranteed in the constitutional status |
