Summary: | Research that establishes and creates awareness of rights, guarantees and legal protection tools that pregnant apprentices linked to a sponsoring company in the form of apprenticeship contract have; and highlights the role, responsibilities and obligations of these companies and the state institutions guarantors of the contract. In case of violation, and consequently to this, the trainees have information including a legal route that will allow them to exercise action of ward (Article 86 of the Constitution of Colombia), which is the most suitable mechanism to protect or defense of rights of fundamental range. Every apprentice in a state of pregnancy linked by apprenticeship contracts are entitled to employment stability reinforced by maternity, in favor of the enjoyment of a decent life for them as for the child that is about to be born |
