Análisis de los derechos humanos internacionales y sus implicaciones sociales

A look at the current situation of human rights in Colombia is quite revealing. However, we need a historical sketch of the early debates and events that made such an advocacy tool and exaltation of human dignity in every way. Likewise, the analysis of the past, a Colombian past that is crossed by the violence, drug trafficking and the steady state negligence. It is essential therefore to understand the urgent need to repair and agreements, the basic idea that international human rights are not unattainable desires and utopian writings treaty if not that, for every human beings are innate characteristics and magnifying immutable, and claim to be free at all levels of development, as well as being a tool that determines the civilized human behavior. We are living in times of change, new generations seek true advocacy from the analysis of the social implications and the inclusion of these in all decisions of the state and this is, without doubt, the only way to guarantee and enforcement of human rights in the country's internal conflict
