Dentro de las actividades a desarrollar en un proyecto de consultoría, se tiene el aspecto presupuestal, es una parte vital de este, ya que, dará una aproximación al costo total del mismo y así, evidenciar la viabilidad de ejecución. Es importante aclarar, dentro del aspecto presupuestal se ha de contemplar la cuantificación de cantidades de obra. Un correcto análisis de insumos, maquinaria y personal que podrían emplearse al momento de realizar el proceso constructivo, otorgara mayores beneficios a la empresa contratante, en este caso La Alcaldía De Ciudad Bolívar y a los futuros constructores del proyecto. El presente documento reúne las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía optando por el título de tecnólogo en construcciones civiles. Dichas actividades fueron dirigidas netamente al apoyo técnico y presupuestal del contrato de consultoría CIA 007 de 2013 entre la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas y la Alcaldía de Ciudad Bolívar. Estas actividades fueron desarrolladas en las UPZ 66,68 y 69 de la localidad de ciudad bolívar durante septiembre de 2014 y mayo de 2015 con un área estudiada de 58.461 m2. A lo largo del presente trabajo se observaran las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía reflejadas en 6 de las 8 entregas efectuadas a la alcaldía, y se definirán algunos términos técnicos referentes al tema presupuestal, también se evidenciara los aportes realizados por el autor al proyecto, los inconvenientes presentados a lo largo de la pasantía y el equipo de trabajo. Finalizando el documento (anexos) se mostraran los resultados reflejados en APU, resumen de cantidades de obra y resumen de presupuestos. |

It is important to clarify, within the budgetary aspect has to include quantification of amounts of work. A proper analysis of inputs, machinery and personnel that could be employed at the time of the construction process, grant greater benefits to the contracting company, in this case the Mayor of Ciudad Bolivar and the future builders of the project. This report summarizes the activities carried out during the internship opting for the title of Technologist in civil constructions. These activities were aimed purely technical and budgetary support of the consulting contract CIA 007 2013 between the District University Francisco Jose de Caldas and the city of Ciudad Bolivar. These activities were developed in the UPZs 66,68 and 69 of the town of Bolivar city during September 2014 and May 2015 a study of 58,461 m2 area.
