En busca del mejoramiento del tráfico en Bogotá, La Secretaría Distrital de Movilidad (SDM) y su aliada tecnológica la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá (ETB), proponen la implementación de un Sistema Inteligente de Transporte (SIT) en esta ciudad. Los inconvenientes centrales para la puesta en marcha de esta implementación obedecen principalmente a que, de un lado, la Secretaría Distrital de Movilidad no presenta de forma detallada los requerimientos necesarios para el proyecto y de otro lado, que el diseño propuesto por la ETB involucra principalmente operarios e infraestructura, dejando de lado el componente inteligente, lo cual imposibilita el deseado mejoramiento del tráfico en la ciudad. Por lo tanto, mientras se presenten estos inconvenientes, ninguno de los objetivos que la SDM espera para el SIT podrá llevarse a feliz término. Este trabajo propone el diseño de la Arquitectura Empresarial necesaria para los fines deseados bajo el marco de referencia TOGAF , empleando específicamente la metodología Architecture Development Method (ADM), para cubrir el gap identificado entre la fase inicial y la de diseño, de manera que se obtenga el diseño ideal para resolver el problema identificado y pueda hacerse un aporte significativo a la ejecución del proyecto. Lo anterior con el propósito de contribuir a un plan empresarial de gran magnitud, importancia y afectación para todos los ciudadanos como es el Sistema Inteligente de Transporte para Bogotá. |

Lo anterior con el propósito de contribuir a un plan empresarial de gran magnitud, importancia y afectación para todos los ciudadanos como es el Sistema Inteligente de Transporte para Bogotá.Looking forward for the traffic improvement in Bogota, the District Department of Mobility (Secretaria Distrital de Movilidad, SDM) and its technological ally, Bogota’s telecommunications Company (ETB) are proposing the implementation of a Smart Transportation System (SIT) in the city. The main inconveniences to run such implementation are due, in one side, that the District Department of Mobility does not show in detail the necessary requirements for the Project and, on the other side, the design proposed by the ETB involves mainly workers and infrastructure, leaving on the side the intelligent component, which precludes the desired improvement for the city’s traffic. Therefore, while these inconveniences are presented, none of the objectives that the SDM expects for the SIT will be able to be accomplished. With that being said, this draft proposes the design of the Enterprise architecture necessary to achieve the desired purposes which are under the reference frame TOGAF, using specifically the methodology of the Architecture Development Method (ADM), to cover the identified gap between the initial phase and the design, in that way we would be able to obtain the ideal design to resolve the issue that has been identified and also giving an important input to the Project’s execution.
