Sobre este tema de las migraciones, la hipótesis es ¿Por qué Medellín es centro de atención para todas estas personas que habitan en las calles? Existen varias respuestas a esta interrogante, pero según lo investigado, Medellín es una ciudad que ofrece condiciones que permiten subsistir en estas condiciones.
