Responder a esta interrogante resulta harto difícil, debido a que no existe una respuesta que sea totalmente abarcativa. Lo más aproximado que podríamos decir es que las estructuras forman parte de la realidad, aunque no sean realidades materiales en cuanto tales (sino más bien "conceptuales").
