Olson, whose bibliographic production is characterized by a marked criticism of the principles of universality and hierarchy present in library classifications. In order to characterize the academic production, its publications indexed in Scopus up to 2015 were taken as a center of analysis and all the information was then processed through the bibliometric methodology CAMEO with the assistance of Pajek, VOSviewer and Nvivo.
