El presente trabajo se fundamenta principalmente en un plan de formación para los investigadores y grupos de investigación de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas en redes académicas y sociales como Mendeley, ORCID, Googles Scholar y Researchgate, que permitan aumentar la visibilidad tanto del investigador como de su producción científica, logrando una identidad digital y un reconocimiento en la web Dicha propuesta de investigación está enmarcada en la “estrategia de visibilidad” que se viene trabajando desde el año 2014 en el Centro de Documentación de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas. Durante la presente práctica, se logra identificar las redes académicas más usadas por los investigadores y el uso que le dan a estas como medio para aumentar la visibilidad de su producción científica, además se realizaron capacitaciones para los investigadores y grupos de investigación con el objetivo de ayudarles a los investigadores a crear su perfil en las diferentes redes académicas como ORCID, Google Scholar y ResearchGate, y los que ya contaban con perfil se les brindó asesoría para gestionar y actualizar la información allí contenida. |

The present work is based principally on a plan of formation for the investigators and groups of investigation of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences on academic and social networks like Mendeley, ORCID, Googles Scholar and Researchgate, which allow to increase the visibility both of the investigator and of his scientific production, achieving a digital identity and a recognition in the web The above mentioned offer of investigation is framed in the " strategy of visibility " that one comes being employed from the year 2014 at the Center of Documentation of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences.
