Only when confronted with the subject of this attitude, or were questioned about it, is when can then generate their attitude following a review of their cognitive knowledge, information and belief about that object.

En el caso de algunas gentes, especialmente en actitudes que son importantes para la persona, esa presunción es probablemente cierta. En muchas otras gentes, sin embargo, las actitudes no pueden ser medidas porque no han hecho una manifestación verbal de las mismas, ni siquiera en sus mentes.
