RESUMEN : En la práctica se realizó un apoyo técnico en la supervisión (Interventoría) y seguimiento al Plan de Manejo de Tránsito (PMT) Proyecto conducción Machado-Volador, el cual forma parte de una red de acueducto comprendida en diferentes tramos en el municipio de Medellín. Inicialmente se realizó una revisión de los documentos y planos establecidos para el proyecto tomando como referencia el Manual de señalización Vial 2015 Capitulo 4 señalización y medidas de seguridad para obras en la vía. Una vez realizado el proceso de revisión de esta documentación se realizan visitas de campo programadas y no programadas con el fin de evidenciar la correcta implementación de los Planes de Manejo de Tránsito para los diferentes tramos de intervención, posteriormente se realizan informes de recorrido en los cuales se presentan las diferentes observaciones respecto a la implementación de los PMTs vigentes considerando recomendaciones generales que minimicen el impacto en la movilidad teniendo en cuenta el tipo de afectación y la seguridad de todos los actores de la vía, así mismo informes semanales en los cuales se presentaban las principales observaciones de las visitas y la actualización de información sobre planos, documentos técnicos, aprobaciones de Secretaria de Movilidad y EPM y vigencia de PMTs. |

In the practice we provided technical support in the supervision (auditing) and monitoring of the Transit Management Plan for the Machado-Volador conduction project, which is part of an aqueduct network comprised of different sections in the municipality of Medellin. Initially, a review of the documents and plans established for the project was carried out taking as a reference the Road Signaling Manual 2015 Chapter 4 signaling and safety measures for road works. Once the review process of the aforementioned documentation was completed, scheduled and unscheduled field visits were made in order to evidence the correct implementation of the traffic management plans for the different intervention sections, Subsequently, field reports are made in which the different observations regarding the implementation of the PMTs in force are presented considering general recommendations that minimize the impact on mobility taking into account the type of affectation and the safety of all the actors on the road, as well as weekly reports in which the main observations of the visits and the update of information on plans, technical documents, approvals of the Secretary of Mobility and EPM and validity of the PMTs are presented.
