Se comprenden principalmente las transformaciones terapéuticas que se dieron en las participantes, en tanto cambios que las capacitan para ejercer su libertad personal. Para lo anterior, se tienen en cuenta todos los cambios nombrados por ellas mismas en las entrevistas grupales e individuales que se llevaron a cabo, como estrategias de recolección de información, y se acude igualmente a construcciones e interpretaciones de quien investiga, a propósito del enfoque cualitativo. El tipo de investigación empleado es el estudio de caso y los resultados indican que poder vivir tranquilas, en equilibrio y en el momento presente es el fin último de la danza creativa, método María Fux.

The therapeutic transformations in the participants are mainly understood, as changes that enable them to exercise their personal freedom. For the above, all the changes named by them in the group and individual interviews that were carried out are taken into account, as strategies for collecting information, and the researcher's constructions and interpretations are also used, regarding the approach qualitative.
