Esto las ubica como diagnóstico diferencial de los tumores cerebrales. Todos estos hallazgos hacen del diagnóstico y el tratamiento preciso un reto. Se presenta un paciente con EM pseudotumoral y se hace una revisión del tema con énfasis en las herramientas disponibles para realizar el diagnóstico diferencial con los tumores cerebrales. |
