La investigación se encaminó a encontrar los manipuladores que presentan mayor riesgo para la salud pública por: (a) El hallazgo de gérmenes compatibles con Enterobacterriaceas patógenas, indentificadas por las pruebas bioquímicas. (b) Portadores sanos de Estafilococos coagulsas positiva en la garganta y en lesiones presentes en la piel de brazos, manos y cara. (c) Coliforme con énfasis en Escherichia coli en forits de mano y muestras tomadas de la parte interna de las uñas. (d) Hábitos deficientes. |
