Por consiguiente, el propósito es develar las distintas relaciones establecidas entre el docente y el contexto rural, analizando las implicaciones derivadas y la incidencia que tienen en la configuración de su accionar pedagógico en la escuela. Para ello, se recurre al paradigma cualitativo y al enfoque biográfico narrativo, el cual posibilita el acercamiento a cinco historias de vida de maestros, quienes ejercen su práctica pedagógica en contextos rurales del municipio de Santa Rosa de Osos y se convierten en testimonios del trasegar por la escuela rural. En este sentido, es a través de la polifonía cómo se logra entrever el significado que adquiere para ellos la enseñanza en estos contextos, la cual está atravesada por un compromiso social y pedagógico que contribuye a la formación de las comunidades campesinas.

The objective of this research is to disclose the different social relations stablished between the teachers and the rural context, analyzing implied patterns and the consequences that influence the pedagogical practice. Therefore, on this research is applied the qualitative paradigm and the biographical-narrative approach which allow for understanding five stories of teacher’s life who apply their pedagogical practice in rural context of the village Santa Rosa de Osos.
