RESUMEN: En el presente documento se plasma el Proyecto Organización y tratamiento de la información de las colecciones de la Biblioteca especializada del Pequeño Teatro, atendiendo a las necesidades de la unidad de información mencionada, la cual se ha encontrado sin actividades o préstamo de servicios desde el año 2018, esto debido a una carencia de funciones y servicios elementales que le impiden apoyar los procesos misionales del Teatro. Con este texto se pretende trazar la investigación de corte interactiva que permitió determinar el mejor modo de instaurar una de estas funciones: la de organización y tratamiento de la información de las colecciones, específicamente, de aquellas relacionadas al área de la teoría teatral. Para ello se apuntó a ejecutar el procesamiento técnico de 150 ejemplares. Asimismo, se explica el contexto de la institución, la metodología e instrumentos requeridos, los resultados a los que se llegó, el tiempo y recursos necesarios, las vías de retroalimentación para la comunidad del Pequeño Teatro y recomendaciones sobre futuros proyectos de investigación y práctica que involucren a la biblioteca. |

This text aims to lay out the best way to establish one of these functions: information processing of the library’s collections, specifically, those related to the subject of dramatic theory.
