| Summary: | ABSTRACT: From early in his work Freud devoted enough space to consolidate knowledge about psychosis, an issue that would occupy among others, until the last days of his life. Therefore, this article, we report the generalities which is a reference to the first elaborations about the neurosis in relation to psychosis, with a brief reference to the canonical formula as etiologic generality for neurosis and its application paranoia. In addition to this we wanted to address some recent conceptualizations of psychosis, taking into account the relations established between the components of this system me and superego, the above crossed by the concept of psychic reality that so many implications for the correct understanding of psychological phenomena. |
