description RESUMEN: Este artículo tiene como objetivo comunicar el estudio adelantado sobre los componentes tangible e intangible que las autoras han realizado a través de la investigación socio-jurídica. Asimismo, plantear acciones que permitan garantizar el manejo integral y autónomo de los territorios, la seguridad alimentaria y el fortalecimiento de la identidad y apropiación cultural de las comunidades locales. De otro lado, señalar la responsabilidad de los Estados con las comunidades locales para que ellas fortalezcan las estrategias y acciones que han venido utilizando desde épocas antiguas, en el establecimiento de una relación armónica con el medio y el desarrollo de sus formas tradicionales de vida.

So, execute actions that permits to guarantee the integral handling and independent of the territories, the aliments security and the strengthened of identity and cultural appropriation of local communities.
