De otro lado, señalar la responsabilidad de los Estados con las comunidades locales para que ellas fortalezcan las estrategias y acciones que han venido utilizando desde épocas antiguas, en el establecimiento de una relación armónica con el medio y el desarrollo de sus formas tradicionales de vida. |

So, execute actions that permits to guarantee the integral handling and independent of the territories, the aliments security and the strengthened of identity and cultural appropriation of local communities.
