RESUMEN : La salud en Colombia es un derecho fundamental que esta regulado por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección social, con este propósito la EPS Sura, tiene como meta la atención de 3 millones de usuarios en el departamento de Antioquia. Teniendo en cuenta que actualmente la población del corregimiento de San Antonio de Prado afiliada a la EPS SURA, no cuenta con un centro de atención de salud con las condiciones que su población actual y proyectada requiere se plantea, adelantar un estudio de prefactibilidad para la construcción de un Centro Integrado de Salud para prestar servicios de nivel 1, los cuales consisten en: consulta general, consulta especialista, atención prioritaria, laboratorio de tomas de muestras (Ayudas diagnosticas SURA), vacunación, odontología; además, salones de educación en los cuales se dicten talleres sobre el cuidado y prevención de la salud para atender la población actual y proyectada en el sector. El proyecto se desarrolla según el enfoque PMI y consta de un análisis de pre factibilidad con sus respectivos estudios de apoyo, para conocer la viabilidad financiera del proyecto. Según los diferentes estudios realizados en proyecto, este tiene una viabilidad y lo convierte en un proyecto atractivo para Comfama y presenta buenos indicadores financieros tales como TIR y VPN. |

Taking into account that currently the population of the San Antonio de Prado district affiliated with EPS SURA does not have a health care center with the conditions that its current and projected population requires, carry out a pre-feasibility study for construction of an Integrated Health Center to provide level 1 services, which consists of: general consultation, specialist consultation, prior care, sample collection laboratory (SURA diagnostic aid), vaccination, dentistry; in addition, education rooms in which workshops are held on health care and prevention to serve the current and projected population in the sector. The project is developed according to the PMI approach and consists of a pre-feasibility analysis with its selected support studies, to determine the financial viability of the project.
