description RESUMEN: El siguiente informe presenta los resultados de la propuesta monográfica realizada para obtener el título de Especialista en Literatura Comparada, la monografía tuvo como objetivo general producir un libro ilustrado del cuento El bucle, a través de un ejercicio de écfrasis pendular en el cual se recrea la escritura e ilustración en la elaboración del libro ilustrado. Como resultados se logra escribir e ilustrar el libro ilustrado, además de sistematizar la experiencia de creación a través del libro de autor (diario de campo) realizado en el proceso, que evidencia diferentes aprendizajes como la utilidad de la écfrasis pendular como técnica en el proceso de creación de un libro ilustrado por el mismo autor; el uso de la grabadora para una autonarración, la lectura y socialización del cuento con diferentes públicos para recibir observaciones del cuento, la articulación de seminarios teóricos con la construcción de las ilustraciones, el uso de referentes y el continuo registro de las ideas que aparecen sueltas en la vida cotidiana.
